Booth Shifts
Volunteers Needed! Love to tie-dye? You’re in luck! Love when kids throw bean bags at things? Have we got the job for you! In the past we have asked each family to sign up for one carnival shift (or two!), and the tradition continues! This is ESSENTIAL to the event and the sooner the slots fill up the sooner the emails stop.
Bake Sale
Are you a baker? That’s great! The Bake Sale is such a wonderful way to participate in the carnival. Sign up below to donate an item.
Tickets
It’s free to enter the carnival, but since it’s a fundraiser, most things cost money. The more tickets you buy, the more you save! If you want to save time the day of the carnival, you can preorder tickets using the below link and pick them up at school drop-off on 11/15 or pick them up at the gate on the day of the event.
PARKING: The Oaks School parking lot will be available. We have also secured additional parking spots at the neighboring Proper Parking lot, located at 1841 N. Highland Avenue. Consider checking for a spot at Proper Parking first in order to prevent having to drive back around if The Oaks lot is full.
RAFFLES: There will be 3 kids raffles at the event. Tickets for the raffle - as well as a preview of the items - will be available at the gate.
ENTERTAINMENT: There will be a magician performance - Magic Dave! - at 1 PM on the Green Space.
SPECIAL MERCHANDISE: There will be an Oaks Carnival t-shirt and tote available for purchase at the gate. There will be a tie-dye station (3 tickets) where you can tie-dye your items if preferred.
