Campout Packet

This is your handy guide to all things Campout. It includes everything from a packing list to the map. Read it, save it, and use it as a reference.

Waivers

Everyone needs to sign a waiver before they are admitted to their campsite. It makes things easier if you sign it before you get there. Click below to sign the Waiver.

If someone else is bringing your student to campout you also need to sign the wavier below.

If you have agreed to bring someone else’s child (God Bless You), we need you to sign the waiver below.

Tips and Tricks

It can be intimidating to go out into the woods and sleep in a tent with your young child but we promise you, it is fun. Click below for tips and tricks on how to make your campout a success!

Job and Food Sign-ups

In order to make our communal living and dining environment function smoothly, we need every single person’s participation. Each adult needs to sign-up for a job below. Each family needs to sign-up for Friday Potluck AND Sunday Potluck item.

RV Reminders

If you are bringing an RV please remember that generators must be turned off from 8pm - 9am as they are very loud and can bother those camping around you.

If you are having an RV delivered to the site, you or an assigned Oaks parent MUST be there for the delivery. And the vehicle must be directed to the appropriate RV area (see map to the right). It is not the responsibility of the campout committee to receive delivery of your RV.

When reserving your vehicle, please opt for as small as you are comfortable. We want to encourage everyone to hang out with each other in nature and not in campers.

More details can be found in the packet above.
