Come show us your amazing Pumpking Carving Skills just in time for Halloween! Will you make a witch, an owl or a regular old Jack-o-Lantern? We will provide pumpkins, carving tools, pizza and drinks. You provide the creativity and fun!

Location: The Fruchbom House, Los Feliz

Price is Per Pumpkin Carver.  Parents of younger carvers do not need to pay to stay and hang out.

Please Note: Parents with kids in K-2 grade we ask that one parent stay and assist with the carving. All parents are welcome to stay and hang out but don't need to for older kids.

Ever felt confused shopping for wine, or unsure about ordering a bottle at a restaurant? You are not alone! Wine is a vast universe full of proprietary terminology, obscure geography and plenty of excessively snooty behavior. With the right approach, though, wine can be pleasurable, thought-provoking and, most importantly, FUN. 

In addition to learning about tasting approaches, wine production methods and how to clearly express your personal preferences at restaurants and wine shops, we'll be delving into a range of small-production wines, exploring the people, places and stories behind them.

Light snacks -- cheese & accoutrements, tinned fish, etc. -- will be provided. Take an Uber!
